Led by Bar Manager Michele Mariotti who was previously as The Berkley and The Savoy in London, the cocktails here are not for the fainthearted and the inventive food will leave you craving for more.

As soon as I cleared immigration and picked up my luggage, I met up with a Park Hyatt Siem Reap representative out front who promptly took my bags and escorted me to the car.
