The highlights of the Yuletide takeaways are none other than the signature Barbecued Grain-fed Beef Ribs ($118+, 1.2 kg) and Roast Grain-fed Beef ($118+, 1.2 kg). Sous-vide for 24 hours, the former is tender and falls straight off the bone. Glazed with tangy barbecue sauce, the Barbecued Grain-fed Beef Ribs are absolute pleasure to indulge in. The latter is brined and sous-vide for 24 hours and is perfect when paired with the palatable mushroom duxelle and red wine shallot gravy.
A new creation presented by the culinary team, the Satay-marinated Iberico Pork Rib ($118+, 1.2 kg). It is inspired by the popular local delight, Satay, the meat is marinated overnight in a blend of Asian spices including lemongrass, blue ginger and dried chili. It tastes divine when paired with the accompanying creamy and chunky peanut sauce.
For the holiday season, a bûche de Noël is a must at the table. Sweeten your celebration with these irresistible yule log cakes and festive desserts. The Manjari Chocolate & Caramel Chestnut Yule Log Cake ($68+) is a rich, moist and incredibly decadent chocolate cake rolled up around a luscious and creamy caramel chestnut filling, and artfully crafted to resemble a log from an enchanted forest and garnished with seasonal decorations. Bring a splash of festive colour to your Christmas table with the Red Velvet Yule Log with Wild Morello Cherries in Kirsch ($68+), which tastes absolutely divine and luxurious with the addition of delicious kirsch-soaked cherries and covered with rich cream cheese frosting.
The Christmas Fruit Cake ($78+) and Festive Strawberry Shortcake ($68+) are not-to-be-missed traditional favourites. The Christmas Fruit Cake is densely packed with fruity and nutty indulgence, soaked in Grand Marnier and topped with soft icing and edible decorations. A luxuriously rich and decadent treat that is perfect for the holiday season.
