Presented by Chef Martin Satow, the festive à la carte menu, Christmas Eve dinner buffet and Christmas Day brunch menu are definitely meal experiences you would want to check out this Christmas season. Indulge in every imaginable craving with international fare spanning the restaurant’s theatre kitchens, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Western cuisines. Christmas Eve highlights will include a sustainable crustacean bar of Maine lobsters, red king crab, scallops and more; as well as butterball turkey, black Angus tenderloin, grass-fed lamb rack, Dingley Dell pork chops and more, all prepared on a Jarrah wood-fired spit roast. Other highlights will include sustainable sashimi and sushi; Chinese roast meats; Isaan sausages (Thai-style sour fermented pork and rice sausages) and other Thai classics from the expanded Thai kitchen.

With a truly Singaporean touch, StraitsKitchen is presenting a buffet menu of authentic Chinese, Malay and Indian classics whipped up in Halal-certified kitchens. Highlights of the evening will include double-boiled Chinese herbal soup served in a whole coconut, Indian Hyderabadi dhum biryani (lamb shank with long-grain rice), Malay kambing cop bakar and more. A chilled sustainable seafood bar will feature poached tiger prawns, Boston lobsters, Alaskan crab legs and freshly shucked oysters. Last but not the least, a carving station will feature succulent whole-roasted turkey and chicken ham. Local twists on classics such as pandan log cake and chempedak fruitcakes will also be featured.

A taste of nostalgia will be found in the rustic trattoria settings of Pete’s Place. Kick-start the holidays by tucking in to Italian antipasti such as spicy devilled eggs, beef carpaccio, salami, sustainable crustaceans from the seafood bar and more. Handcrafted pastas, risottos and wood-fired pizzas will also be present, while mains will include oven-baked Christmas turkey, porchetta with rosemary and garlic, roast beef and roast barramundi cartoccio, all available at the carving station. Wrap up this Italian dining experience with free-flowing champagne and desserts such as panettone-butter bread pudding, log cake, pistachio ice cream and tiramisu.

The iconic afternoon tea stands of 10 SCOTTS will be filled with bite-sized treats, including tasty bites of Vietnamese rice paper rolls and chilled sustainable seafood such as poached Alaskan crab, Manila clams and freshly shucked oysters, all served sharing style. The communal table will feature holiday classics such as roasted organic turkey and baked salmon in brioche. Additionally, a selection of desserts will be showcased buffet style, including artisan cheese, Christmas log cakes and steamed plum pudding in brandy sauce.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Oasis Restaurant promises diners a poolside Christmas Eve barbecue buffet dinner of jolly good cheer. From the carving and barbecue stations, meat lovers can tuck in to roasted turkey with chestnut stuffing, salmon coulibiac, grass-fed Australian beef sirloin and more, and a sustainable seafood station will feature freshly shucked oysters and steamed king prawns. End the evening with sweet treats such as chendol coupe, Christmas pudding, stollen and Christmas cookies.

Available from 7 November 2016 to 1 January 2017, Santa’s Shop will offer an extensive selection of seasonal homemade and gourmet treats to create customisable festive hampers and gift boxes. Entire Christmas dinner menus can be personalised in the comfort of home, with hearty selections such as spit roasts, cold deli items, bakeries and more.

Recommended selections include the slow-roasted whole Christmas tom turkey with cranberry sauce (approximately 5 kg, SGD 145 nett) and a bone-in leg of lamb (approximately 2.2 kg, SGD 158 nett. For an ultimate Christmas meal, mezza9’s sharing menu that is priced at SGD 900 nett (including delivery), will make Christmas hosting a breeze with selections that can feed up to ten people. This menu includes breads and dips, a garden salad, a chilled sustainable shellfish platter (Maine lobsters, Spencer Gulf king prawns, Tasmanian blue mussels, red king crab legs), mezza9 sushi and sashimi variations, a Christmas roast (slow-roasted whole tom turkey or roasted honey-glazed boneless ham, roasted root vegetables and potatoes, brioche apricot-chestnut stuffing, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce) and Christmas plum pudding with brandy sauce.
