Many of you already know that the Greenhouse restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore was closed in late-March 2015 and today, the hotel has officially announced a brand new restaurant called Colony which will be open on 16 September 2015. The restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner daily, and vintage Champagne brunch on Sundays.
