This season (27 April to 16 May 2015), indulge in an abundance of fresh Italian product at Oscar's (located within the Conrad Centennial Singapore) where Italian cuisine is set to take the centre stage of the buffet lines.
Take your taste buds on a culinary journey and adventure as you venture through each and every section of this seasonal buffet at Oscar's - you will be able to sample at least two or more specialty dishes from the beautiful Italian cuisine in each dining section (i.e. Appetisers, Mains and Desserts).
Helmed by Executive Chef Michele Mingozzi, Oscar's will satisfy your cravings for pasta with delicious favourites like the Ravioli of Prawns with Cherry Tomato Sauce and the Italian Fritto Misto (fish, scallops and calamari) from the region of Emilia Romagna. While you are there, do not forget to indulge in some of Italy’s most famous gourmet ingredients such as the revered black truffles featured in the Home Made Truffle Tagliatelle with Quails Ragout. All the dishes will be served in small portion individually plated so you can be sure to take that perfect Instagram-worthy shot to make all your friends envious!
