PARKROYAL on Pickering 

A quick search on the participating PARKROYAL hotels in Singapore reveals that the American Express Offer is only available on Orchid Club rooms and above. Considering how much value you are getting with these stays, the rates aren't bad at all. I'm not too sure how many eligible room nights will this promotion earn you towards the Global Hotel Alliance's DISCOVERY Loyalty Program though (hopefully 3!).
