A brand new food and beverage loyalty programme by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts has been announced - The Table by Golden Circle. Golden Circle has been around for the longest time and it is one of the most underrated hotel loyalty programs in the market (did you know that 10 stays a year gives you Jade status which means you ALWAYS enjoy breakfast for free at all properties so long you book an eligible rate?). The Table by Golden Circle is the latest initiative to the ongoing transformation of Golden Circle that has rolled out new benefits and partnerships as part of its nine-month Loyalty Is anniversary campaign.
The Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group which operates 98 properties and over 500 restaurants and bas worldwide has commissioned consumer research prior to developing The Table and the result of this is a unified global F&B loyalty program that is integral to the wider Golden Circle loyalty rewards membership program.
The Table by Golden Circle will allow diners to earn Golden Circle points whenever they dine at any participating restaurants and bars in all of the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts properties worldwide. In addition to that, it also recognises members through achievable redemptions and access to signature food experiences, exclusive events, unique surprises and special offers. Some key benefits of The Table by Golden Circle include:
- More Rewards: Members can now earn Golden Circle Award Points by dining and drinking at the more than 500 restaurants and bars found in Shangri-La, Hotel Jen, Kerry and Traders properties globally when they are non-staying guests.
- Instant Indulgence: Instant Dining Rewards allows members to earn and redeem Golden Circle award points on the spot–no pre-planning or vouchers required.
- Elite Rewards: Jade and Diamond level members receive bonus earnings and more value on redemptions for dining transactions.
