The best credit card to use for this is probably the DBS Altitude Visa Signature Credit Card which will give you at least 15 miles per S$5 spend on Expedia - there is a promotion for 30 miles per S$5 but you do have to use a specific landing page (although sometimes there have been instances where the banks have posted bonus points for non-eligible bookings as well). The DBS Woman's World MasterCard does give you 20 Miles per S$5 but you will get 11% cashback (instead of 12%) since it is not a Visa credit card.
