My account has been targeted with 40% bonus miles and all I have to do is to purchase at least 20,000 miles (I know that some other accounts have been targeted with a 30,000 minimum). Miles are priced at USD 27.50 per 1,000 block and there is also a 7.5% tax recovery fee that you will have to pay.
