The signature dining establishment at The St. Regis Singapore, Brasserie Les Saveurs, has just unveiled a brand new lunch experience for Saturdays (12:00PM to 2:30PM). Starting from just S$68++ per person, the Bon Appétit Singapura experience offers a refreshed menu that features refined Singaporean and French delights through the use of unique regional spices and ingredients.
Lunch will be served across three splendid courses: entrees, main course and desserts. Entress will be offered in a buffet seating and diners can savour local favourites like traditional rojak which is made fresh upon order, alongside your preferred choice of toppings. Other entrees to look forward to include perennial favourites like Hainanese chicken rice, Singapore laksa, traditional onion soup, french moulard duck rillettes as well as Mediterranean octopus salad.
Enjoy a choice of main course here at the Brasserie Les Saveurs and select from the signature baked laksa lobster thermidor, pan-roasted kampong chicken breast, pan-seared seabass or the ravioli du dauphine. Round up your epicurean journey by tucking into the luscious desserts offered on the buffet table - enjoy locally-inspired delights like the gula melaka and nutella cake as well as the pnadan and coconut gateau de voyage.
Feel like indulging? Free-flowing wines can be added on for S$60++ per person and unlimited 'R' de Ruinart Brut NV Champage can be added on for an additional S$80++ per person.
