Bookings made under the Dream Away room package can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the stay without incurring any fees. It is to my understanding that the Dream Away room package may return in the near future (after it ends on 31 July 2020) as a limited time offer but I would not really count on that - just lock in those stays and you can always cancel them without penalty after. It also appears that different properties around the world have a different book-by date so I would highly recommend that you check on the rate rules before committing (just make sure they are fully-flexible).

The Conrad Centennial Singapore is currently a dedicated SHN facility right now but it will start accepting leisure bookings from September 2020. There is currently a notice on the website stating that evening social (which I assume to be cocktails in the Executive Lounge) is currently unavailable so it will be a good idea to check if you are planning to enjoy the Executive experience. The Hilton Singapore will also start accepting leisure bookings from August 2020 (even though the exact date of opening is yet to be determined as it requires approval from STB)
