American Express introduces Platinum Avenue (Private Pop-up Space in Raffles City Shopping Centre) for Platinum Members - until 14 February 2023
From 20 December 2022 to 14 February 2023, Basic Card Members of The American Express Platinum Card will be able to enjoy and unwind in Platinum Avenue - a private pop-up space with light refreshments. Unlike Platinum Vibes (launched in 2018) or NOOK by Platinum at 15 Stamford (launched in 2019), the brand-new Platinum Avenue does not seem to offer any specially-curated menu or alcoholic drinks for Platinum members.

Basic Platinum Card Members will be able to bring one guest and up to two children aged 12 and below into Platinum Avenue but prior reservations are required. Table reservations are open up to three weeks in advance and bookings should be made at least two working days in advance - capacity is limited and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Apart from just providing a space to lounge about, Basic Card Members can also redeem an Activity Card with 10 credits when they spend S$250 or more at Raffles City in a maximum of three same-day receipts for in-store games and activities - redemptions are limited to two per Basic Card member per day from Mondays to Thursdays, and just one from Fridays to Sundays:
2 Credits = 1 Game Token for Arcade Game (Star Wars and Led Zeppelin-themed Pinball); up to 2 Game Tokens per Activity Card. The top three places on the leaderboards will earn attractive prizes which differ each week.
2 Credits = 1 Bouquet from live floral station; limited to 1 Bouquet per Activity Card. Available from 20 December 2022 from Tuesdays to Fridays (4-8 PM) only.
Eligible Platinum Card Members can also enjoy complimentary access to the photobooth at Platinum Avenue by American Express from 21 December 2022 to 14 February 2023.
