NOOK by Platinum at 15 Stamford (The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore) Opens for American Express Centurion and Platinum Members - Menu Inside!
Approximately two weeks ago, I wrote about the latest exclusive space for American Express Centurion and Platinum members - NOOK by Platinum. Located within 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung in The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, this exclusive space is accessible only to American Express Charge Card Members in Singapore and it is accessible from 12:00 PM to 12:00AM daily - members will also get to enjoy a complimentary welcome drink with each visit as well as free parking when they spend S$50 or more at the restaurant.

NOOK by Platinum is fully-furnished with a specially-curated collection of both fiction and non-fiction books and eligible Card Members will be able to relax in this exclusive hideout. Much like the previous PLATINUM VIBES in Marina at Keppel Bay, NOOK by Platinum is expected to be open until 30 April 2020 only so make sure you check it out before then.

In addition to a complimentary beverage, Centurion and Platinum members will be able to enjoy a Michelin-starred menu that has been created exclusively for NOOK by Platinum by Chef Alvin Leung as well as an impressive wine program by Park90. Members will get to enjoy complimentary parking when they spend S$50 or more at NOOK by Platinum or 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung (now part of Love Dining so you can get up to 50% off your food bill here). When I attended the launch event on 07 December 2019, I managed to take some photos of the special menu available at NOOK by Platinum (this is not the a la carte menu so you will not get up to 50% off these items):
As I have mentioned earlier, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is now part of the American Express Love Dining program so you will get to save up to 50% off the total food bill when you dine with one other person (total of two diners). In order to enjoy 50% off your total food bill at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung, you will have to order at least two items from the Wood-Grill or Asia Favourites section in the A la Carte menu when dining with one other adult.
