Accor Plus to become ALL Accor+ Explorer from October 2025: Everything You Need to Know
On 01 October 2025, every existing Accor Plus member will be automatically upgraded to ALL Accor+ Explorer for the remainder of their current annual term. With this rebrand, the benefits of the program will also change; here is everything you need to know.
Firstly, all existing Accor Plus members will be able to enjoy all the existing benefits until 30 September 2025, ahead of the program relaunch on 01 October 2025. Following this, the new ALL Accor+ Explorer will offer the following benefits:
Two Stay Plus free nights annually across Asia Pacific
30 status nights (giving you ALL Gold Status)
15% off the public rate at 4,500+ hotels worldwide
30% off dining and 15% off drinks at 1,600 hotel restaurants and 1,200+ bars across Asia Pacific
Exclusive member events and partner benefits
Access to Red Hot Rooms and More Escapes
🟢ALL Gold Status with 30 Status Nights
The new ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will give members 30 (instead of 20) status nights at the time of sign-up or renewal. This automatically upgrades the member to ALL Gold status which unlocks room upgrades, complimentary late check-out (or early check-in), complimentary drinks, as well as the usual ALL benefits.
🟢Reduced Membership Cost: S$299 Per Year
Instead of having to pay S$408 per year for an Accor Plus membership that comes with a free night, the new ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will be priced at just S$299 per year. In fact, they are currently running a promotion offering 14 months of membership (2 months of Accor Plus + 12 months of ALL Accor+ Explorer) for the same price.
🟡Changes to Stay Plus Benefit
There will no longer be Explorer and Explorer Plus memberships as every ALL Accor+ Explorer membership will come with two Stay Plus free nights. However, in order to use this benefit, you will need to book at least two consecutive nights. The Stay Plus free night will apply to the most expensive night in your booking. Do note that this is different from what it is currently where you can redeem a free night without the minimum stay duration. According to the terms and conditions of the new ALL Accor+ Explorer membership program, a 3-night minimum stay may apply at some properties.
Do note that any unused and valid Stay Plus Complimentary Night (from the existing Accor Plus membership) will be converted into two Stay Plus Free Nights in the new ALL Accor+ Explorer membership on 01 October 2025. If you have more than one unused Stay Plus Complimentary Nights, they might be forfeited as you can only hold up to two Stay Plus Free Nights.
🟡Changes to Dining Discount (Maximum 30% Discount)
One of the greatest perks of the Accor Plus membership is the ability to save up to 50% off on dining. With the upcoming changes, the dining discount will be capped at 30% but this is not all bad news since it will potentially put you in a better position if you are dining alone, or if you are dining with 3 or more people.
| Diners | Accor Plus (current) | ALL Accor+ Explorer (from October 2025) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 25% | 30% |
| 2 | 50% | 30% |
| 3 | 35% | 30% |
| 4 | 25% | 30% |
| 5 | 20% | 30% |
The flat 30% discount on eligible food bills applies to dining parties of up to 10 guests (member + 9 others). Dining parties of 10 and under will also enjoy 15% discount on drinks. For groups of 11 up to 20 people, a 10% discount will be applied to both food and drinks.
🔴15% Discount on Flexible Rate
Accor Plus members currently receive 10% off the public or best available rate, but from 01 October 2025 they will benefit from the ALL Accor+ member rate of 15% off (across all participating hotels globally). Even though this sounds great on paper, the 15% discount will no longer be combinable with promotional campaigns or ALL Member Rates. The current Accor Plus membership may offer only 10% discount, but this discount can be stacked on most public and heavily-discounted rates.
🔴Status Renewal by Calendar Year
Currently, your ALL status is determined upon renewal of your Accor Plus membership - it is done by comparing your activity over two fixed periods:
The current calendar year to date, or
The previous calendar year.
The highest number of Eligible Status Nights or Status Points earned in either of those two periods will determine your membership tier. However, with ALL Accor+ Explorer, your status will be evaluated on 31 December each year which means your previous year’s activity will no longer be useful in helping you obtain or retain status. For the longest time, getting an Accor Plus membership is especially helpful in retaining status for a little bit longer but unfortunately, this will change with the program revamp.
The upcoming ALL Accor+ Explorer rebrand seems to be largely negative (especially with the omission of discount on promotional rates), and as an ALL Diamond member whose status is supposed to renew on 01 September 2025 (through to 30 August 2026), I am now not certain on whether or not the Diamond status will be valid after 31 December 2025 with these new changes. With that being said, I am on my way to achieve 14,000 Status Points in 2025 and will likely become an ALL Platinum member in the calendar year of 2026.
Mastercard World and World Elite cardholders can now enjoy a complimentary instant upgrade to SLH Club 02 and Club 03 status respectively - registration required.
