Cathay Pacific Easter 2X Miles Promotion: Earn Double Asia Miles on Business and Premium Economy (Book by 10 April 2026)
Cathay Pacific has launched an Easter promotion offering double Asia Miles on Business and Premium Economy class fares departing Hong Kong to any Cathay Pacific operating destination. The offer is live from today, 24 March 2026, and runs through 10 April 2026. If you have a Hong Kong-origin booking on the cards, this is worth a look before the 5,000-ticket cap runs out.

The headline mechanic is straightforward: book an eligible round-trip ticket through the campaign page, enter the discount code EARNDOUBLE at checkout, and earn twice the Asia Miles you would ordinarily receive for your fare and cabin class. The bonus miles will be credited to your Cathay account by 30 September 2026. One important caveat upfront: this promotion is exclusively for tickets issued in Hong Kong and departing from Hong Kong only.
The process is fairly simple, though you will need to be deliberate about channel selection since only bookings made through the campaign page qualify. Bookings made through the Cathay Pacific mobile app or any other channel are explicitly excluded.
Search and select your eligible Business or Premium Economy return flight.
Enter the discount code EARNDOUBLE at checkout before completing payment. Requests to apply the code after checkout will not be accepted.
Ensure all passengers in the booking have their valid Cathay Membership Programme numbers entered on the booking page.
Complete your entire outbound and return journey on or before 9 July 2026.
The double miles here refer to the Asia Miles you earn on the ticket itself. Your earn rate is determined by your Cathay membership tier, the cabin class, and the fare bucket, and this promotion doubles whatever that base earn would ordinarily be.
A few other restrictions to be aware of:
Open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, and package tickets are not eligible.
Tickets that are reissued or refunded will forfeit the bonus miles, and Cathay Pacific reserves the right to claw back any miles already credited.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.
Premium Economy is not available on all Cathay Pacific flight segments. If you rebook to a flight that does not offer Premium Economy after ticket issuance, you may be downgraded to Economy without a fare refund.
Double miles on a Business class fare can represent a meaningful pad to your Asia Miles balance, particularly on long-haul routes to Europe or North America where base earn is already strong. The 5,000-ticket cap is the operative constraint here; given that Business class fares out of Hong Kong tend to attract strong demand, I would not sit on this until the final days of the booking window. For Singapore-based readers, this one is largely academic unless you happen to be in Hong Kong during the booking window or are routing a trip through HKG with a return leg. There is no workaround for the origin restriction - the tickets must be issued in Hong Kong and depart from Hong Kong.
