The promotion is structured as a tiered bonus that builds with each successive stay at a new property. The first stay does not earn any promotional D$, but the bonus accumulates from the second stay onwards. Note that the bonus D$ are awarded in addition to the base D$ you would normally earn on each qualifying stay. No further promotional D$ are awarded beyond the fourth eligible stay.

Each stay must be a minimum of two consecutive nights at the same property.
Each eligible stay must be completed at a different property. You cannot return to the same hotel and have it count as a new eligible stay.
Bookings must be made through eligible channels: the Pan Pacific app or website, the GHA DISCOVERY app or website, or directly with the hotel via phone or email.
GHA DISCOVERY Dollars function as a soft currency redeemable for on-property benefits and experiences. The promotional D$ earned through this promotion carry a six-month expiry from the date of issuance, which is shorter than the standard tier-based expiry rules that apply to base D$. Plan accordingly and make sure you have a redemption in mind before the clock runs out.
