In conjunction with turning five years old, the Award-winning Fat Cow in Singapore is featuring a one-night only 5-Course Sake Dinner that is titled “A Sake Journey from Miyagi to Tochigi Prefecture”. Apart from seeing Head Chef Fukashi Adachi in action, the Founder of Oval One and an SSI-certified Master Sáke and Shochu Adviser, Mr Hayato Hishinuma will be gracing the event to share his knowledge of the featured sake during the night.
