The Conrad Centennial Singapore will be unveiling a brand new collection of exquisite French chocolate tartlets which will be available for purchase from 22 September 2017 (three-day advanced order is required). One of the five flavours that have been created is done in collaboration with home-cook @HoneyBeeSweets.sg to marry local flavours and French pastry techniques. Each box of the Conrad Treasures come with five flavours (one piece per flavour) - Sensation, Pure Gourmandise, La Royale, Violette, and Chendol.

Well, for the first time in Singapore, the cruffin (pronounced 'kraft-fin') which is an ingenious hybrid between a croissant and a muffin is here in Singapore! Created by the head pastry chef of the Conrad Centennial Singapore, Chef Bruno Philippe, the cruffin comes with the appearance of a muffin but it hides layers of flakey and buttery goodness that binds a variety of sweet delights.
