Elemen 元素 Opens in Millenia Walk (Singapore)

I noticed the opening of a new restaurant in Millenia Walk late June this year and I have always been slightly intimidated to try it since it looks rather expensive (contrary to reality and more on this later!). Elemen, a fusion vegetarian restaurant first opened its doors officially on 21 June 2015 and it prides itself in promoting the well-being of diners through the use of quality and natural ingredients. The result of this dining concept? Healthy, nutritious and delicious food that diners can enjoy (even those of us who are less than inclined to try the vegetarian lifestyle - like myself).

New À la carte Dinner Menu at Basilico (Regent Singapore)

After sampling the beautiful creations from Executive Sous Chef Angelo Ciccone for Viaggio Italiano previously, I have been meaning to go back. Guest Chef Chan Po Sang at Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant (Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel)

Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant (located within the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel) serves up delicious and authentic Cantonese cuisine in the heart of Orchard. I have been to the restaurant on multiple occassions and I have always been impressed by the quality of food that is consistently good. The restaurant has invited world-renowned Chef Chan Po Sang as a Guest Chef to feature some of his hearty creations. While Chef Chan Po Sang has had a history of working with F&B establishments within luxury hotels (e.g. InterContinental Shanghai Puxi), he is currently not attached to any hotel.
