Status Extension for DISCOVERY Loyalty Members and Up to 25% F&B Savings Across Participating Restaurants and Bars at Pan Pacific Hotels Group (No Stay Required)

DISCOVERY Loyalty is one of the most underrated hotel loyalty programs in the market and starting from 01 June 2020, members will be able to enjoy savings of up to 25% across all participating restaurants and bars at properties under the Pan Pacific Hotels Group. In recognition of the current travel situation, all Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Loyalty members will also receive a status extension until 31 December 2021.

Apart from the extension of DISCOVERY Loyalty status and Local Experiences, the Pan Pacific Hotels Group will also be launching a brand new Pan Pacific DISCOVERY app to help members make and update reservations on the go. With the electronic membership card, members will be able to enjoy the following savings when dining out at participating restaurants and bars:

• Gold Members - 15% Savings

• Platinum Members - 20% Savings

• Black Members - 25% Savings

At the point of writing, it is unclear whether all DISCOVERY Loyalty members (as opposed to just Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Loyalty members members) will enjoy the same status extension and benefits but I will update this article once I have some clarity over this matter.

For any existing and new reservations for future stays, there will also be no penalty imposed on any cancellations made till 30 June 2020. Upon clarification with the DISCOVERY Loyalty team, all members (regardless of being a Pan Pacific DISCOVERY Loyalty member or not) will receive a status extension until 31 December 2021.
