Anyone that has been to Melt Cafe (located inside the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore) knows that the Indian food there is amazing (even on a normal day!). So when I got news that Indian Specialty Chef Santosh Kumar is currently showcasing a wider variety of Indian cuisine at the Melt Cafe from 16 to 31 May 2016, you can imagine my excitement!
