Set Lunches from S$25++ at Hilton Singapore's il Cielo

The Hilton Singapore's il Cielo restaurant has been on my list of recommendations ever since I checked it out for dinner one evening during a media tasting. The poolside restaurant is also located on the roof so the view is actually quite nice but more importantly, the restaurant is actually running a pretty good Set Lunch special from just S$25++ on weekdays.

The Supreme Italian Set Lunch at il Cielo (Hilton Singapore) is served between 12PM and 230PM from Mondays to Fridays. The two-course menu is priced at S$25++. The three-course menu is priced at S$35++. Prices also include coffee and tea. For a sample of the menu (subject to changes and weekly rotations): 

STARTER
Caprese mille-feuille, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, olive and basil
Marinated salmon, pomegranate salad and balsamic cream
Woodland salad with roasted mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, red radish and pine nuts

MAIN COURSE
Tuscan seafood penne, cherry tomatoes and pesto
Red snapper, garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables
Slow-cooked pork belly, roasted mushrooms and sweet potatoes  

DESSERT
Panna cotta
Homemade ice-cream
Chocolate hazelnut bar
