Meat-lovers will not be disappointed by the variety of sumptuous roasts such as the Chiang Mai-style lemongrass roasted duck or tantalising Thai curries including pork belly in green curry (kaeng khiao wan mu san), and flavourful beef in yellow curry (massamun gai rue nuea). The crowd favourite, tom yam talay, which is a hot and sour soup with assorted seafood, and tom kha gai soup with coconut milk make an appearance on the buffet lines alongside an amazing recipe of pineapple fried rice and wok-fried seafood phat Thai.
Guests are in for a treat as they indulge in a generous bowl of Thai beef noodle soup, specially prepared à la minute and served with fresh sliced beef, beef ball, bean sprouts and garnishes of basil sugar, chilli flakes, fish sauce and coriander. Complete the dining experience on a sweet note with all-time favourite desserts reminiscent of Thai street snacks such as mango sticky rice, red ruby with crunchy water chestnut in coconut milk, grilled banana with coconut palm sugar sauce and more. Available for dinner at Melt Café from 6 to 19 March 2017. Dinner buffet is priced at S$75++ per person (Sunday to Thursday) or S$85++ per person, (Friday and Saturday) inclusive of free flow of juices.
