Staying Over New Year's Eve in InterContinental Singapore - Did it Count Towards 2017 or 2018?
I recently stayed in a Premier Suite at the InterContinental Singapore over New Year's Eve (well, I actually checked-in on 30 December 2017 and checked-out on 01 January 2018) and was curious to know which set of Accelerate challenges it would count towards. More importantly, I was curious to know whether the elite-qualifying nights counted towards my 2017 or 2018 quota.

Three days after I have checked out from the InterContinental Singapore, I noticed that my IHG Rewards Club points have been posted and the two nights that I have accrued from my stay (30 December 2017 to 01 January 2018) have been added to my 2018 counter. However, the two night stay actually triggered a bonus from last quarter's Accelerate instead of fulfilling one of the latest Accelerate challenges.
