The bento is specially-curated by Executive Chef Shinichi Nakatake to showcase the smooth and buttery flavours of this prized delicacy.
Priced at S$110++, the Wagyu Bento includes Assorted Sashimi (three varieties) and Wagyu Beef with Onsen Egg as starters and the scrumptious bento box highlights the Grilled Wagyu Beef, where the tender meat is grilled to perfection, Wagyu Beef Salad, prepared Tataki-style where the thinly-sliced Wagyu beef is seared and served with greens; Assorted Tempura and a selection of Appetisers. Indulge in a heart-warming bowl of Sweet and Savoury Ground Wagyu Beef on Rice and end your meal with seasonal fruits.
At the same time, to celebrate the seamless transition of cool spring days slipping into the warmth of summer, Chef Shinichi will be presenting two multi-course Summer Kaiseki menus focusing on light and refreshing seasonal ingredients. Crafted to invigorate the palette and cool the body from warm and humid days, the Summer Kaiseki menus are priced at S$180++ and S$200++ and will be available for lunch and dinner.
