In view of prioritising simplicity, inclusivity, value, immediacy and access for guests, Millennium Hotels and Resorts implemented a brand new single-tier loyalty membership with the refreshed My Millennium Guest Reward Programme. This newly-revamped programme aims to simplify the way members earn and burn points with stay enhancements or lifestyle rewards by allowing them to choose the benefits which are most important to them.
All members under the new My Millennium Guest Reward Programme will earn 10 My Points for every USD 1 and double points will be awarded upon the completion of every 10 nights. To put this into a simple example, a member staying for 10 nights at any participating property that costs USD 100 a night will earn 10,000 My Points (base). Upon the completion of these 10 nights, the aforementioned member will earn another 10,000 My Points as a special bonus. This is obviously a great deal for higher-spending members since the bonus will be greater.
Additionally, members under the new My Millennium Guest Reward Programme will also earn triple points during their birthday month (giving you more reason to travel or do a staycation even during this period). From my understand, there is no limit to the number of bonus points you can earn during your birthday month and this triple points bonus is valid each time you stay during your birthday month.
My Points earned under the new loyalty programme can be used to enhance a stay experience - you can use your points for room upgrades, discounted amenities and services as well as digital vouchers at the point of booking. Additionally, you may also use your points for lifestyle rewards like vouchers from Apple Store, Google Play and Amazon just to name a few. The loyalty programme also promises exclusive redeemable experiences with a wide range of partners (i.e. hospitality box seats at Chelsea Football Club games, special access to Hudson Theatre in Broadway etc.).
