1864 (Sofitel Singapore City Centre) Unveils Craft Beers Created in Collaboration with Local Brew House Trouble Brewing
The premier bar and lounge at the luxurious Sofitel Singapore City Centre, 1864, has just launched its initial series of craft beers. Created in collaboration with local brew house, Trouble Brewing, the Crocodile Sunset Summer Ale, Banana Sunday Session IPA and Tropicana Botanical Pilsner have drawn inspiration from works by artist-in-residence Arianna Caroli which complements the hotel’s botanical theme.

Seamlessly combining Sofitel’s brand passion of authentic and lively gastronomy together with art and culture, each blend is infused with floral notes and labelled with tropical art pieces by Arianna Caroli – from which they also derive their names. With these beers, 1864 at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre imparts an ode to the fine arts of brewing and painting. Produced and bottled in Singapore, they are available exclusively at the bar and lounge for S$13++ per bottle.
Cathay Pacific has officially reopened The Bridge lounge at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) as of 7 May 2025.
