OCBC VOYAGE Card to Reduce Plaza Premium Lounge Access - No More Guesting Privileges from 15 August 2019

There are plenty of credit cards in Singapore that will give you complimentary airport lounge access but one of my personal favourites is the OCBC VOYAGE Card. The card used to give all cardholders (+1 guest) unlimited access to any participating Plaza Premium Lounge around the world but apparently this benefit will now be reduced to just the primary and supplementary cardholders from 15 August 2019.

According to the latest terms and conditions published, OCBC VOYAGE Cardholders will be able to enjoy unlimited complimentary visits to any Plaza Premium Lounge until 31 December 2019 - I would expect this benefit to be extended but losing the guesting privilege is obviously not a step in the right direction (at least for consumers). If you are looking for an alternative credit card, The Platinum Card from American Express allows you a Priority Pass membership which comes with +1 guesting privileges (it also allows you to bring up to two guests into a Plaza Premium Lounge unofficially).
