Citi Rewards Card - 4 Miles per Dollar on Eligible Transactions!
If you are looking for a recommendation, the Citi Rewards Card allows you to earn 4 miles per dollar on eligible transactions on S$1,000 each month - if you were to use it carefully and consistently, you can typically earn up to 48,000 miles (enough to take you to Japan in Business Class) from spending just S$12,000 a year! Citibank also has the most frequent flyer transfer partners in Singapore so you have plenty of options in terms of transferring out miles and points.
Citi PremierMiles Card - General Spend Card for Mile-Chasers
The Citi PremierMiles Card is also a great general spend card to have - it comes with two airport lounge access (via Priority Pass) every membership year (even though it is probably not very useful now since we cannot quite travel) and it allows you to earn 1.2/2.0 miles per dollar on all eligible local/foreign transactions.
Citi Prestige Card - Great for Frequent and Luxury Travellers (Maybe Not Now)
The Citi Prestige Card is the only Citi card in this promotion that comes with an annual fee (S$535 each year!). While I sometimes do recommend this card, it may not be the best idea right now as you will not be able to utilise all the card's benefits fully due to the restrictions on travel right now. While the Citi Prestige Card does come with amazing perks like getting your 4th night of accommodation free, it is not a benefit of value if you are unable to travel out of Singapore.

Citi Cash Back+ Card - 1.6% Cashback on Everything
Looking for a no-frills cashback card without any complications? The Citi Cash Back+ Card allows you to earn 1.6% cashback on every eligible transaction that you charge to the card with no minimum spend and no cap each month. While I typically do advocate getting a miles card over a cashback card, this may just be the card you need right now.
Citi Cash Back Card - 8% Cashback on Dining, Groceries, and Petrol (S$25 Cap per Category each Month)
The Citi Cash Back Card has been around for many years and it is not to be confused with the other card above. Instead of offering a blanket cashback rate on all transactions, the Citi Cash Back Card requires you to jump through some hoops each month to unlock the 8% bonus cashback rate across three categories (capped at S$25 per category) - Dining, Groceries, and Petrol. You will have to spend at least S$888 each month and the 7.75% bonus cashback on top of the base cashback of 0.25% is only capped at S$25 each statement month. As I said, this card is probably not for those looking to simplify their expenses but it might work out for you.
Do remember to take down your Application Reference Number at the end of your application as you will require this to redeem for your free pair of Apple AirPods Pro. This is probably one of the best credit card sign-up gifts that I have seen in a while as it simply requires you to be a new-to-card customer to get the Apple AirPods Pro for free. Honestly, if you do not care about credit cards and simply want to apply for one (just to get the free Apple AirPods Pro), go for the Citi Rewards Card or the Citi Cash Back+ Card if you are miles or cashback junkie respectively. All existing cardholders who sign-up during this period will receive an S$30 cash reward via PayNow.
