Free Apple AirPods (with Wireless Charging Case) for New Standard Chartered Card Sign-ups by 30 April 2020
Firstly, this is not the Apple AirPods Pro - new-to-card Standard Chartered customers will receive a free pair of Apple AirPods (with Wireless Charging Case) when they sign-up get approved for any eligible credit cards listed in this article between 20-30 April 2020. While this deal was obviously not as good as the last (that is why you should stay-in-the-know via Telegram and The Shutterwhale Cards), it is still a pretty decent sign-up gift if you are in the market for a free pair of Apple AirPods.
As usual, only eligible new-to-card Standard Chartered customers will be able to pick up a free pair of Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case (worth S$299!). This means that you must not currently be a principal cardholder (even though supplementary cardholder is fine) of any Standard Chartered Cards and have not been one in the past 12 months. If you are an eligible new customer, applying for any one of the following three cards will get you the Apple AirPods for free:
Standard Chartered Unlimited Credit Card - 1.5% cashback with no cap and no minimum spend required.
Standard Chartered Rewards+ Credit Card - up to 2.9 miles per dollar but very low cap on maximum earn rate.
Standard Chartered Spree Credit Card - get up to 3% cashback (capped at S$60) each month for select spend categories.

While this sign-up offer is not as attractive as the previous ones (offering the latest Apple AirPods Pro), it is highly probable that banks and businesses will cut back on spending in light of this COVID-19 situation. Therefore, while I am not certain, I believe it is possible that we may not see that many sign-up offers in the near future (at least they will probably not be this attractive).
