Singapore Airlines to Double the Value of HighFlyer Points from 13 July 2021 - Earn up to 8.5 MPD on Eligible Flights and 1.8 MPD on Everything Else!

Singapore Airlines will be making some changes to the HighFlyer programme from 13 July 2021 - HighFlyer Points will be worth twice as much as members can convert each HighFlyer point into a KrisFlyer mile at a 1:1 ratio. This is also a great time to consider applying for The American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card if you are a business owner or a person with executive authority of a business with a valid UEN.

HighFlyer points can be converted into KrisFlyer miles at a 2:1 ratio right now but starting from 13 July 2021, the value of these HighFlyer points will be doubled (so please hold off any conversions until then). Holders of The American Express Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card will continue to earn up to 8.5 HighFlyer Points per $1 on all eligible Singapore Airlines Group flights and 1.8 HighFlyer points per S$1 on all other eligible spends - this means that you can now earn up to 8.5 miles per dollar on eligible Singapore Airlines Group flights and 1.8 miles per dollar on everything else! Alternatively, you can also use your HighFlyer points towards eligible Singapore Airlines Group transactions where you can enjoy up to 8.1% and 1.7% cashback respectively.

Do note that each HighFlyer account is only allowed to convert HighFlyer points to a maximum of 150,000 KrisFlyer miles per calendar year and it shall only be linked to a maximum of 5 selected KrisFlyer accounts in relation to the conversion of HighFlyer points to KrisFlyer miles. If you only have a single KrisFlyer account linked to your HighFlyer account, anything in excess of 150,000 HighFlyer Points cannot be converted into KrisFlyer miles until the next calendar year.
