Let's get the most important question out of the way - if you are wondering whether any of these discounted stays and F&B vouchers will earn you elite-qualifying nights or points on the World of Hyatt program, the answer is no. There are plenty of deals available but I am only going to cover the ones that appeal the most to me personally.
1-night stay in Andaz Presidential Suite with Breakfast and S$200 F&B Credit (Arrival on Any Day of Week)
Now if you have ever wanted to stay in the Presidential Suite of the Andaz Singapore (or any hotel for that matter), it will cost you only S$1,000 nett if you purchase it during the flash sale. This rate also comes inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 adults as well as an additional S$200 dining credit which can be utilised on in-room dining, or dining at all F&B outlets, excluding Bar Square.
Most importantly, this rate is valid for check-in on any day of the week (between 30 September 2021 and 30 June 2022), but do note that the following blackout dates apply:
24 December 2021
25 December 2021
31 December 2021
01 January 2022
14 February 2022
1-Night Weekday Stay in Club Deluxe Room for Two (Arrival on Sunday to Thursday only)
Planning to clear some annual leaves? Enjoy a more significant discount when you stay on weekdays - do note that some vouchers are for any day arrivals while some are restricted to specific days only. You can now stay in one of the Grand Hyatt Singapore's Club Deluxe rooms (essentially a Junior Suite with a separate living room) and enjoy exclusive access to the Grand Club Lounge during your stay for S$324.85. However, do note that in line with the 2-year renovation plan that has been announced, the swimming pool of the hotel will be closed from 18 October 2021.
S$1,200 Worth of Drinking and Dining Cash Vouchers at Andaz Singapore for S$693 Nett (42.3% Discount)
If you have a rather busy social calendar and would like to catch up with friends in one of Andaz Singapore's beautiful F&B outlets, you may choose to purchase S$1,200 worth of Drinking and Dining Cash Vouchers (in denominations of S$120) for just S$693 - that's a 42.3% discount on spend! While the eVouchers will be valid from 30 September 2021 to 30 September 2022, they can only be utilised for dine-in at Alley on 25, Bar Square, 665°F and Mr. Stork only. Obviously, it cannot be utilised in conjunction with any F&B promotions and it is only valid for a-la-carte orders only.
Now if you love your Champagne, a bottle of Delamotte Brut goes for S$120++ (S$141.24 nett) typically at Bar Square so putting one of your S$120 vouchers (which you have purchased for S$57.75 each) towards this will bring the total price down to just S$78.99. Now if you have an American Express card with the hotel statement offer saved, that additional S$21.24 spend (after deduction of the S$120 cash voucher) will count towards triggering your S$75 statement credit once you hit S$300 spend - fascinating, I know.
If you are afraid of commitments, the same S$120 Drinking and Dining Cash Voucher can also be purchased at S$77 each but hey, go big or go home.
There are plenty of deals available on the online flash sale but do note that they will only be available for purchase up to 9 October 2021 only. If you tend to be the lucky sort of person, there is even a Mystery Box (priced at S$117.70) which you can purchase and be rewarded with one mystery dining deal from either Grand Hyatt Singapore or Andaz Singapore, worth a minimum value of S$180. For every 100 mystery deals sold, every 4th and 50th player will get to receive a one-night staycation voucher (worth min. S$494) from Andaz Singapore or Grand Hyatt Singapore respectively.
Planning a beach day can seem simple, but unexpected issues often arise. Mornington Peninsula’s beaches are popular, which means dealing with potential crowds, fluctuating weather, and poor preparation can easily ruin your outing. Arriving late might lead to parking challenges, and picking the wrong beach can limit your planned activities. Many forget important items that could make or break their beach experience, leading to stress and missed opportunities for relaxation.
