In order to participate in this campaign, you will need to have a heymax account and link a Visa card to the app. Once the linked card has been verified, you will earn 3 Max Miles for every dollar that you spend on bus and MRT rides.
The campaign will end once a total of 2,000,000 Max Miles have been awarded across all heymax users - that's over S$666,000 of spend across the Singapore bus and train system and honestly, I do not expect this to last very long so you should definitely get in on this promotion quick. In addition to the fantastic earn rate, you will also be able to take part in the Grand Draw where two lucky winners will walk away with a pair of business class tickets to Japan (worth 200,000 Max Miles).
If you do not know which credit card to use for train and bus rides in Singapore, I personally use the Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card as it allows me to earn 6% cashback with no minimum spend required. The 6% cashback (awarded through 360° rewards points) is also applicable to merchants like McDonald's, Toast Box, Ya Kun Kaya Toast, Spotify, and Netflix just to name a few. While there is no minimum spend required, do note that the number of bonus points is capped at 14,400 per statement month which is equivalent to S$818 of spend - extremely reasonable!
