The brand new Terminal 4 of Changi Airport will officially commence operations on 31 October 2017 (Tuesday) and the first arrival and departing flights here will be operated by Cathay Pacific to and from Hong Kong (CX650 and CX659 respectively). Changi Airport Group (CAG) has begun collaborating with airport partners since October 2016 to ensure smooth operation in Singapore's latest airport terminal. The latest schedule update from SilkAir sees an earlier entry date of the Boeing 737 MAX 8 which will start from 05 October 2017 (previous filing was for 29 October 2017).
