Hotel Review: Conrad Bali Suites

The Conrad Suite that I stayed in measures 110sqm (approximately 1200 sqft for all you imperial fans) in size, with a separate dining room, living room, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and a balcony. While the suite adopted a clean and contemporary design, the woody and earthly tones helped to assimilate this private haven into the lush green surroundings of the Conrad Bali Suites wing. Check out my review of the Conrad Suite in Conrad Bali!

Hotel Review: Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel (Executive Room)

Housed in Singapore's oldest home-bred departmental store TANGS, is a five-star luxury hotel that is strategically located in arguably the best location on Orchard Road. The Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is directly above Orchard MRT Station and is accessible via sheltered and underground walkways so you do not have to worry about the sweltering heat or the intermittent rains that happen every now and then.

Hotel Review: Montigo Resorts

A luxurious getaway is just 45 minutes away from Singapore. Accessible via a ferry from Tanah Merah, Montigo Resorts is located just minutes away from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. This place is popular amongst Singaporeans who love an affordable getaway without having to board a flight.  Montigo Resorts is truly the perfect place for a getaway outside of Singapore if you do not have the luxury of time. Enjoy the extravagance and comfort of a private villa and spend an incredible and memorable weekend here with the people you love most.

The iconic Shangri-La Singapore, boasting over 15 acres of landscaped gardens is known as the second botanic gardens in Singapore by locals and foreigners alike. I stayed in a Deluxe Pool View Room in the Garden Wing (which obviously overlooks the pool) on a high floor. Offering 50sqm of luxurious space and a private balcony, the room faintly reminds me of a luxurious beach resort.

Hotel Review: Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium (Deluxe Room) - Refurbished 2014

Having scored an upgrade to a refurbished Executive Room in the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium for being a Platinum IHG Rewards Club member, I arrived at this rather contemporary room. This is quite a far cry from what it was previously and I strongly urge you to check out my previous review to see the difference. On a property level, I think the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium offers immense value to a traveler who wishes to stay in a quiet yet accessible location.
