Sunday Brunch at The St. Regis Singapore (Brasserie Les Saveurs)

Sunday Brunch (or more commonly known as Champagne Brunch) in Singapore is a lavish affair and one that many people indulge in from time to time. Sunday Brunch at Mezza9 (Grand Hyatt Singapore)

Sunday Brunch at Mezza9 is a lavish affair (especially if you have opted for the free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne option) and it begins and ends at 11:30AM and 3:00PM respectively. The dynamic dining venue allows a diner to indulge in up to nine different dining experiences. Check out my review of the Grand Hyatt Singapore's Sunday Brunch.

During my latest stay in one of the beautifully-appointed Pool Terraces, I decided to drop by the Pool Grill since it has a brand new à la carte, brunch and set menus.
