Due to popular demand, the Crab & Crêpe Buffet at Azur (Crowne Plaza Changi Airport) has been extended until 29 November 2015 (instead of 11 October 2015)! Come down to this weekend-only dinner buffet to celebrate Singapore's most-loved crustacean - the Crab! For the perfect alliteration, indulge in a selection of savoury and sweet crepes while you are there as well!
Seafood lovers can have their pick of Spanner Rock Crabs paired with fragrant coriander dressing, Cold Alaska Crab Claws, Cold Stone Crabs best eaten with a mandarin orange compote, Poached Tiger Prawns and Freshly Shucked Oysters. Sashimi (Snapper, Tuna, Salmon and Tako) will also be available or if you like, indulge in free-flow Ikura Salmon Roe Sushi Rolled with Crêpe, assorted Nigiri Sushi and Maki and Cha Soba with Mud Crab Roe and Unagi. Apart from the cold food selection, there will also be a range of Hot Asian and Western Crab Dishes
The other star of this buffet will be available in two Crêpe stations. The Homemade Crab in Crêpes will allow you to choose from savoury crab fillings like the Curry Mayonnaise Crab, Sambal Dry Shrimps Crab, Crab Meat Goulash, Honey Pineapple Chicken and Crab and Snow Crab Wasabi. For those of you who are interested in something more traditional, opt for the Crêpe Suzette where you can pick up a hot dessert of delicious French pancake in orange butter sauce.
