I wrote about the new Chinese New Year (2017) dishes at the Conrad Centennial Singapore's Golden Peony restaurant and I actually got to sample some of these delicious creations last week during a media tasting of the menu. These dishes will be made available at Golden Peony between 10 January 2017 and 11 February 2017 - advance reservations are highly recommended to avoid disappointments.
