New Set Menus at Golden Peony (Conrad Centennial Singapore)
The award-winning Cantonese restaurant, Golden Peony (located inside the Conrad Centennial Singapore) launches three new set menus that cater to weekend family diners. There is also an option to indulge in a 5-course tasting menu (available for lunch and dinner) that is carefully curated by local celebrity Chef Ku Keung for S$100++ per person.

The Golden Peony Executive Chinese Chef Ku Keung’s Tasting Menu changes every three months and for a limited time only, diners will be able to sample specialty dishes like Chef Ku’s Roast ‘London’ duck served two ways as well as Baked sweet potato filo pastry and chilled cream of avocado with vanilla ice cream served in whole young coconut.
Weekend Indulgence at Golden Peony (Conrad Centennial Singapore)
On weekends, diners can look forward to Golden Peony’s new Dim Sum Weekend Experience for lunch - priced affordably at just S$59++ per person, diners will be able to select from handcrafted dim sums, double-boiled soups as well as specialty dishes like the Sautéed beef cubes with black pepper sauce. For dinner on weekends, enjoy a 5-course dinner for S$180++ and savour dishes like a whole roast ‘London’ duck, Steamed ‘soon hock’ fish with superior soy sauce and Traditional claypot rice with Chinese sausage, liver sausage, wax duck and wax meat.
