Chinese Executive Chef Cheung Siu Kong (张肇刚) and his culinary team at the Summer Pavilion (夏苑), The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will be presenting a selection of artisan snowskin mooncakes with a contemporary take this Mid-Autumn Festival 2015! Alongside a delicious range of traditional baked mooncakes, some new flavours will be showcased this year:

The Assorted Mini Snowskin Martini Mooncakes draws inspiration of Summer Pavilion's signature snowskin lycheetini mooncake and it comprises of three other exciting flavours - appletini, berrytini and coffeetini.

The signature Lycheetini is a mix of lychee liquor infused with real lychee bits while the Appletini is derived from green apple liqueur. For a taste of summer, try the Berrytini which is a delicious blend of raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries with a dash of vodka. Finally, for the caffeine-addicts, the Coffeetini is infused with dark coffee liqueur for that perfect finish.
