The Dragon Boat Festival (2016) is drawing nearer and Shang Palace has six new rice dumpling flavours this year to excite your palate! From 23 May 2016 to 09 June 2016, indulge in the Bird’s Nest Rice Dumpling with Salted Egg Yolk and Custard alongside traditional favourites like all-time bestseller, Shang Palace Signature Rice Dumpling. There is also a special seven-course Dragon Boat festival set menu (lunch and dinner) from S$108++ per person (minimum 4 to dine) that is created by Master Chef Steven Ng to complement the festivities this year.
