Golden Peony at the Conrad Centennial Singapore introduces two new flavours to its line of Rice Dumplings for Dragon Boat Festival (2016) this year from 08 May 2016 to 09 June 2016. Tuck into the locally-inspired Singapore Chili Crab Rice Dumpling (S$28+) filled with a whole crab claw, accompanied by homemade chili crab sauce (on the side). Also try the Black Truffle, Morel Mushroom and Chicken Meat Rice Dumpling (S$12+) which is filled with generous slices of black truffle and morel mushrooms with succulent chicken drumstick meat, accompanied by homemade morel mushroom sauce infused with thyme (served on the side too!).
Other perennial favourites include the Traditional 'Hong Kong Style' Rice Dumpling, healthy Vegetarian Wholesome Multigrain Rice Dumpling, and sweet Red Bean Paste Rice Dumpling. Man Fu Yuan debuts two new dumpling varieties for the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival (or more commonly known amongst the Chinese as 'Duan Wu Jie'). These two new varietals supplement the already-distinctive collection of rice dumplings at the award-winning restaurant located inside the InterContinental Singapore.
