Marina Mandarin Singapore to be Refurbished and Re-branded into PARKROYAL on Marina Bay
Located in one of the most coveted spots of the Marina Bay area, the Marina Mandarin Singapore will be re-branded into PARKROYAL on Marina Bay in January 2020. The PARKROYAL on Marina Bay will be refurbished to feature a nature-inspired look and it will also provide a 4,700 sqm of shared event space with the Pan Pacific Singapore post refurbishment.

The Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore is slated to re-open in 2021 and it is set to become the hotel group's first zero-waste hotel with four levels of soaring gardens that will redefine vertical sky-rise typology. The Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore will also feature a rainwater harvesting system, a recyclable water system, and a compactor that turns food waste into compost – which will then be channeled into fertiliser for its sky gardens.
American Express Singapore has announced a significant devaluation to the Membership Rewards programme effective 23 February 2026. Transfers to major airline partners like Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific will require 25% more points, while transfers to Emirates will require 50% more. A temporary foreign currency spending bonus for Platinum Card members has also been announced.
