Both the Grand Hyatt Singapore and Andaz Singapore are participating properties under this promotion in Singapore - you will earn 15 points per USD (before taxes) on applicable F&B spend. For some reason, I have not been able to earn points on alcohol spend at the Grand Hyatt Singapore but I am not sure if that is the official stand. According to the terms and conditions of this promotion, the "offer [is] not valid on alcoholic beverage purchases in certain jurisdictions" but please do let me know if you managed to get points credited for alcoholic spend.
