The Business Class seats on the B737-8 will occupy the first three rows o nthe aircraft and it will be done in an alternating configuration of 2-2, 1-1, and 2-2. This means that row 12 will feature what is commonly-known as 'throne seats' and it goes without saying that these will most likely be the most coveted seats on the flight (especially for solo travellers) since there will be no one sitting next to you for the duration of the flight.
The new Business Class seats on the B737-8 will feature 44" of seat pitch and 22" of seat width as compared to 30" of seat pitch and 18" of seat width in Economy Class. The Business Class seat will also recline directly into a full-flat bed and to be honest, it looks very similar to the Regional Business Class seats on the Boeing 787-10 and the A350-900.
At the time of writing, Singapore Airlines has not announced when the inaugural flight and route will be but it is expected to happen late 2021.
