By simply spending on an eligible American Express card, new and existing Card Members will be able to accumulate draw entries in the lucky draw to win a Tesla Model 3 - no sign-up or registration of promotion is required! Existing Card Members will be allocated a number of draw entries based on the following:

• 1x draw entry Entry with every S$50 spent on eligible purchases;

• 10x draw entries for every payment with an eligible American Express Card via Pay Small;

• 10x draw entries for referring a friend through American Express Member Get Member (MGM) program; and

• 10x draw entries for every successful enrolment in Recurring Billing via amex.co/sgrbform
