Golden Hues of Decadence at Hai Tien Lo (Pan Pacific Singapore)

The season for hairy crabs (more intimately known as Da Zha Xie or Chinese mitten crabs) which are famous for their delicious golden roe is here! From now until 16 November 2014, enjoy a selection of dishes at Hai Tien Lo (海天楼) that are based on this prized delicacy.
