I have stayed at the Pan Pacific Orchard on multiple occasions (perhaps ten times already!) and have always gotten the benefits of being a Black member in the DISCOVERY Loyalty program. The Pacific Club Studio is my favourite room type in the hotel and as mentioned in my previous article, you do get a double upgrade (where space is available) for being a Black member.
