New BOC Visa Infinite - No Foreign Currency Fees!
Thanks to the kind folks over at HWZ's forum (specifically phayze), I found out about the launch of a brand new Visa Infinite card by the Bank of China in Singapore. Information is still not available readily on their website so I wanted to share as much as I know here. One of the major advantages of this new credit card is the 1.5% transaction fee waiver (usually associated with all foreign currency purchases on the Visa Infinite).
The card in itself is pretty weak as much as I know. It offers a flat 1% cashback on all spending with no limit and no minimum spend (much like the CIMB Visa Infinite Card). Please see below for a quick summary of the BOC Visa Infinite Card features:
- 1% (Unlimited) Cash Rebates
- Waiver of 1.5% Currency Exchange Fees
- Plaza Premium Lounge Access (Twice Yearly)
- Visa Infinite Dining Benefits
- 24-hour Lifestyle Concierge
- Complimentary Travel Insurance
- Complimentary Purchase Protection
