Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore to Operate from 01 April 2016

Through a lease awarded by JTC Corporation, CapitaLand's serviced residence business unit, The Ascott Limited (Ascott) will be operating the re-branded Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore from 01 April 2016. This new addition will further strengthen Ascott's position in the Serviced Apartment industry in Singapore.

As part of the 30-hectare Fusionopolis precinct development, Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore has a range of F&B and retail outlets within walking distance - including a supermarket, medical centre, pharmacies and post office. The property is also located just minutes away from the MRT station and it takes just 30 minutes on train to get to the CBD. 

Offering a range of spacious one-bedroom loft units with a separate living and dining area,  guests at the Citadines Fusionopolis Singapore can enjoy relaxing at the sky terrace, residents’ and breakfast lounge with alfresco seating area as well as complimentary use of the gymnasium. Following the opening of Citadines Fusionopolis, the 20-storey Ascott Orchard Singapore is set to welcome guests in early 2017.
